Are there any florals that are not suitable for pressing?
Most flowers can be pressed successfully, but some may retain their shape and color better than others. Thin, delicate petals tend to press well, while thick or fleshy flowers may not dry as easily (such as carnations or lilies).
Do pressed florals retain their color?
While pressed florals retain much of their color, there is a likelihood of some fading. Certain vibrant hues may mellow, and the overall appearance might take on a more subtle, antique-like quality. By keeping your florals out of direct sunlight, you can better preserve the color for years to come.
